Dementia Care at Home

Specialist support, delivered in familiar surroundings

We provide specialist support for people living with dementia, helping them stay safe, comfortable and connected to their everyday routines at home. Staying in familiar surroundings, with people they know, can make a real difference to someone living with dementia – and it means less upheaval for the whole family too.

Care is delivered in your own home by fully trained, caring staff, and can range from a short regular visit to full 24-hour one-to-one support, depending on what's needed. A care plan is always built around a personalised assessment, so support can flex as needs change over time.

What our dementia care can include

  • Personal care, carried out with dignity and respect
  • Support with medication, as part of an agreed care plan
  • Companionship and help maintaining everyday routines
  • Accompanied leisure activities, to stay connected to things they enjoy
  • Carers trained in safe moving and handling
  • A personalised assessment to understand each person's needs

How it works

  1. Get in touch. Call or email us to tell us a bit about the person you're arranging care for.
  2. We visit and assess. We talk through needs, routines and preferences with you and the person receiving care, so the plan fits them.
  3. Care begins. Visits start as agreed in the care plan, with carers who get to know the person and their routine over time.
